I have a 2012 c250 and my radio cuts on and off...please help and thank you

Hello and welcome to the forum! Have you gone through the electrical to make sure everything is correctly sorted?

I've went through all fuses and all connections seem to be connected...

Is the amp also working properly and getting the correct voltage?
