I'm thinking about putting a diesel mercedes motor into an old Land Rover (I saw a neat 240D conversion last week). As I'd be driving this pig on a daily basis, so I was thinking about the slightly larger 300D for my conversion. I was wondering if the 300D flywheel is specially balanced for that crank or not.Any input would be greatly appreciated. (I'm new to the merc diesel scene, sorry if I'm totally naive)...
