Anyone know why my cell phone audio has quit working on the COMMAND system? (2002 CL 600) The other audio (radio, CD, etc.) works fine, and the phone itself has its audio if used separately. The COMMAND system recognizes the phone and can dial out and accept calls, there is just no audio over the COMMAND system for the phone.

 

I know this sounds simple but make sure the phone cradle is correctly located in the arm rest as if it isn't the phone audio only come out of the handset not the command. If it is seated correctly then I would suggest that the detector in the arm rest is possible faulty.

 

Thanks, but I have had this problem with the hard-wired cradle and also with a bluetooth that has no cradle, so it is not a cradle problem.
