I have just purchased a 2006 C180K. Very good condition and only 73500km. The passenger side seat cushion, lift and lower will not adjust. The adjusting wheel will not turn. I have loosened the seat from the floor mounting but cannot see anything out of place.
Can anyone help?

 

What disappointment in Mercedes support. Living on a farm I wanted Mud flaps for my 2006 C180. I was told by my local agent that Germany advises that there are non available in the world. Well through friends in Australia I found a set of front and rear at the Mercedes agents in Australia. Quite a lot more expensive than the South African quoted price, due to the exchange rate I presume. I emailed Germany to complain about poor customer support. They brag about World after sales support. Well I didn't even get a acknowledgement of receipt let alone an answer. So older Mercedes owners and users, if you require parts and are told they are no longer available, shop around the world because it seems Mercedes cannot be bothered.
