i get zero sound from comand center....at one point the dash said one malfuntion....i tryed isolating each component in the trunk using the fiber optic coupler ....no change...i did not see flashing red light in cable as i went along ...the 1 malfunction light did go away...what do i try now

 

we dont know what car you have......but pull fuses for the radio or sound amp..then plug in fuse and retry radio again

 

I'm having a similar problem. We blew the horn fuse and pulled out a few looking for it, found it replaced it, now no audio from Comand unit. Help!
