Default Need Help Using WIS/ASRA

Hello,
I just recently purchased the WIS/ASRA Manuals, for our ML350, and I can't seem to find much of the "mechanical" information on the vehicle.
Can someone please let me know of where I can find some instructions on how to use the program.
I am currently looking for information in regards to changing my own oil and filter. That's just to start...

Any help will "greatly" be apprecitated !!

Look in your directory for WIS. You will find some very long and in-depth .pdf that train you on the software. You should read through it. WIS is very hard to navigate. It is intended for trained mechanics with the attached laptop and/or Star diagnostic scanner and doesn't cover much of the basic stuff like how to change your oil. Mercecdes sells a stripped down version of WIS data with lots of videos for many models. The w202 version is $120. I am sure they have one for your car. Maybe that would be a better place for you to start. You order it directly through MB by calling their 800 number.

Thanks for the great info. !
Seems as thought I purchased my program for nothing...
Do you think that someone has a do-it-yourself Manual for an ML350 ??
