Hi recently purchased this car with clifford alarm on it , stuck on imobilised removed alarm vehicle now turns over and has good spark but fails to start removed the plugs and are totally flooded still fails to start and contiunes to flood i have noticed fuel pump runs all time is this common in this type of car .
