RE: mb tech looking for sidework
i really would like to. after two years when all my dues are paid (still paying monthly for the house), i will be a backpacker on my way there.
as of the moment, delaying the salary of two months will put my family in big financial burden.
i think i can survive there for as long as there's much Mecedes-Benz, BMW and Jaguar around. i will be more than happy to earn $100/day.

RE: mb tech looking for sidework
If you can fix the back rest on the driver's seat on my 79 450SLC I will come down form Western Mass. Ioriginally lived in Jersey City for many years, after moving from hell's kitchen in NYC. Also what part of North Jersey?
The back rest is very loose on the arm rest side. I been told I need a complete new frame and also I have been told I needed on the folding mechanism. Also if you can get my ACC working right, it works now, but there is still something not correct, and I think it is a vacuum leak as my front seat locks don't work, on either side, and my trunk doesn't lock or unlock with the key in the drivers door. I can get the parts and if you are will to do this work I will leave the car with you on a Saturday and pick it up the following Saturday. Send me a private email via the board and perhaps we an do business?
Look forward to your reply and location in NJ. I still have a lot of friends in Belmar, Point Pleasent, Matawam ,Bricktown, So my son and I could spend the week down there?
