i have lost my keys to my 79 sl and the ignition is hardened and i can't drill it out. i can't get replacements keys from dealer. i do have a replacement ignition with key but i would like to get cylinder out without haveinng to drop steering wheel to replace whole thing. any suggestions on how to drill cut or torch out just the cylinder?
