Does anyone know of a place where you can trace history. I have a 1978 350SLC and I have to buy all my parts for a 450SLC. So I thought I would run a car fax and see where she has been all theses years. But I discovered not before 1981 you won't

 

Thank You, it was worth a shot. But can you tell me why is that when I go to look for parts a 350SLC 1978 is never listed. I have to ask for 450SLC. AS far as all parts books are concerned, there never was a 350SLC in 78

 

Thank You.... but I do have the same engine. The 5.0 as far I know was not in production in 78 so we all have the 4.5
