Does anybody know how to connect the iphone/ipod to the audio system? I mean in a cheap way...

 

I use the cassette tape insert that you simply push into the tape player and connect to the speaker outlet on tmy ipod touch 2nd Gen. You can also use a separate connection to keep it charged - I use a USB cord that plugs into the back of the socket plug. This way my two power outlets (split off the lighter) are available for the GPS and Radar Detector. Also, if you use an setup that broadcasts the ipod music over your FM radio, the signal and the sound quality are at the mercy of your reception. I've had both and prefer this setup.
