Whats the most common issue with the ESP light popping on? Car runs fine and has been popping on for years. Mercedes told be there was a small oil leak about $300 to fix (cant imagine how small it really is if its that cheap with them!) But then someone told me ESP has nothing to do with oil! It always comes on just while sitting idle. Also is there any way to reset the brake wear light? I just bought new brakes then went to napa for the sensors and it still comes on.

stop lamp switch at the brake pedal usually. those other things you mentioned have nothing to do with that light being on.
