Guys,

My #$%@! "Check engine light" is going on and off intermittently. I had a friend of mine perform diagnostics, and he found two codes. Both of them point to the "Fuel Trim 1 and 2". My transmission is running smoothly. Is this most likely the AMM?

Any advice (besides bring it to your dealer), would be appreciated.

p0170 you hae to change the air flow sensor that the one between air filter and thorttle plate inner.on the air duct.
this sensor assembly with 4 sensor ,better buy the new type from the dealer aoid the old type....from 1994 till 2001 all have the same problem.
i have been changing around 25 cars already......very bad design.......[:'(]

 

A new AMM fixed the problem! $249 for the part, and $20 labor. Sweet!
