Default Emissions issues

Hi - I have a 2001 Mercedes Benz C320. It recently was rejected for its inspection sticker (I live in Massachusetts). The cause of rejection was b/c it failed the emissions test. These are the codes that the On-Board Diagnostic System returned - P0100, P0170, P0173, P0300, P0302, P0303. Here are the definitions of the codes:
P0100 - Mass Air Flow (MAF) Circuit Malfunction
P0170 - P0170 Fuel Trim Malfunction (Bank 1)
P0173 - P0170 Fuel Trim Malfunction (Bank 2)
P0300 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0302 - Cylinder #2 Misfire Detected
P0303 - Cylinder #3 Misfire Detected

I have 2 questions:

1. What do I need to have done to fix these issues (I've read a tune-up might help?)??

2. How much will this cost (rough estimate)?

I am taking my car to be repaired but I wanted to get an idea of what the problem is and what it will cost me so that I do not go into shock at the repair shop.

Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Default RE: Emissions issues

I will guessonethousand dollars US.

Not seeing the car firsthand, but rather guessing...
New MAF sensor $250-$350
Clean upcylinders and change plugs $300
Change of oil and filter contaminated by fuel $100
Misc looking, testing, inspecting, diagnosis, and headaches $250

That would be myguess
