I have a 2004 e-500 My gps has lost its mind and doesnt have a clue where it is. The display shows that it is only seeing one satellite. Can someone tell me where the satalite signal is received at the car? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

 

you probably have a bad antenna, the one on the rear glass or roof or trunk lid

 

Thats what I was afraid of. How can it be tested? Can it be removed without removing the glass?
