Changing out pads and rotors.

Changing out pads and rotors.
Rotors are warped and I know I need new pads- car has 110k on it, I put on the last 58k, and can't say whether the pads have ever been changed.
On both sides (front), the torx head screw holding on the brake sensor is corroded tight.
Must I get these loose to change out the pads and rotors?
