Unhappy C180 Losing number 4 cylinder when hot

Hi, I have a C180 Kompressor Coupe, 2003 model which has done 122K miles. The problem is losing number 4 cylinder when hot, it will occasionally drop out when running but the main problem is starting, as soon as the engine is warm/hot it will take a long time to start. It has been into three different garages and none of them have found the problem. It has been put on a management machine, which states that number 4 cylinder has compression of 140/150 which is lower than normal. Number 4 coil pack has been replaced twice and then all coils packs where replaced in case number 4 had affected them. The management computer has been taken off and tested and came back as OK. Any ideas please on what it could be or how to proceed ?
