I have 2016 CLS550.
The car comes with run flats; Pirelli P-Zero
I recently replaced my two rear tires with the same model Pirelli P-Zero.
I had them replaced at the Mercedes dealership.
Unfortunately I think I may have a nail in one of the rear tires because the pressure sensor indicated a significant drop in pressure.
(Please note, I am not 100% sure it is a nail puncture; my self inspection of the tire did not reveal a nail but maybe im not seeing it)


Does anyone know if the Pirelli road hazard warranty can be redeemed for a nail puncture?
Does anyone have any experience with this? In particular, experience with buying new tires then a few weeks later getting a nail in the tire?

Any advice or suggestion is welcomed.

 

Hello - depending on where you bought the tire and how long it's been, the shop may honor a warranty of sorts and replace it for you. Something very similar happened to me, luckily I bought the tire shop's warranty and the new tire was free of charge. Check with your source.
