My wife has a 1993 2.3 190E. The brake fluid level is full, but the brakes feel spongy. There's about 3-6 inches of dead space in the travel before you get braking action at the wheels. I'm guessing it's the booster??? Any other possibilities? Any help is deeply appreciated.

 

Yeah, car is parked. Master cylinder is ordered. Hopefully its that and not hose seeing I ordered it without checking the hoses/lines. Thank you for your reply.
