Default Bluetooth Echo

I just purchased a new C350 with Bluetooth hands free (with COMMAND). Unfortunately, the people on the other end of the line hear a really annoying echo when they speak. I come in loud and clear. Has anyone else experienced this? Are there any fixes?

Thanks!

Hi,
I've seen this a couple of times. You need a new bluetooth cradle. If you bought the car from a dealership, then they'll pay- They better pay! No other fix im afraid. See if you can get an "SLR" cradle. They work really well

When this happened to me someone suggested that I replace my simm card, and that solved the problem.

If that works then so be it. We've always tried different cradles, always fixes it
