Default 86 420SEL radio code reset

Once you have the code, how do you enter the code --- what buttons do you enter before and after the 4 digit number?

Cansomeone give me a radio code for my 1998 E320? The dealer wants me to physically show up there, then pay him $50!(it'a60 minute drive) I pulled the unit to get the serial. It's a Becker model number BE1692, Serial number V1169340. Thank you!!!

ThereisNO Charge for the Radio Code, ususally all u need is your registration and ID to prove who you are. I would call MB US headquarters and tell them the dealer wants to charge you, don't think MB would appreciate that!..

I had the same problem. You need the serial # and model of your radio. Go to Becker Audios web sight and you will find a link were you can get the code# and cards with the #to keep if ever needed again. It costs $30.00 and takes about 1-2 weeks to get.

Good luck
