Hello Everyone ! My E420 has head lights but no high beams or flash to pass,running lights work. No brake lights No turn signals, but flashers work can't find any bad fuse, blinker sound from under hood when turning blinker switch left or right but no lights flash ?
i just got this car and would like to make it like new, it has other things wrong but this needs to be fixed first no dealers in this area an am not having any luck finding a repair manual can any one help ? Thank you !!!

 

sound like a turn signal stalk/combination switch, really common issue,
