97 e320 harly idles after jump start

Drained battery, set off alarm, jumo started and now harldy idles and throwing some CEL codes

Which codes? Sounds like you fryed something. Post this in the E-Class section too.

My Jeep did that under the same conditions. Turned out the alarm needed to be reset by inserting the key in the door and turning it. The fob did not reset it. Everything was fine after that.
