Went to drive my car this morning and found out that I was unable to go in reverse. Checked the fluid and sure enough it's low enough not to show on the dipstick. I don't have any leaks to be seen anywhere. WHERE DID THE FLUID GO????? . I should mention that I towed the car on a U-Haul Dolly for over 400 miles. When I went to start it, there was an excessive amount of smoke for the next 20 minutes. In addition, there was oil residue on the rear bumper. Is it possible that tranny fluid made its way to the engine or exhaust? Then again, was it engine oil? Curious to know if anyone has any idea what may have happened.
