300sd blower motor volt

Default 300sd blower motor volt
83 300sd blower moter voltage zero with wire connections ON, measured wire connections (disconnected) at 12V, jumped fan motor directly to battery - works fine, 30 amp fuse OK Please advise

clarify:
you have power to the leads which connect to the fan, and when you jumper the fan from an external source it spins. yet when you connect the powered leads to the fan you get no rotation?
