i am new to both forums and computers in general,so please be patient!The top doesn't lower for some reason and dealership won't help me without me letting them fix it WITHOUT ESTIMATE!!!They say anywhere from hundreds to thousands!?!? Any advice for toubleshooting or service Ottawa Canada area appreciated.
