First question I notice on the roof of my 2006 C230 a little area where the paint is bubbling is this coverd under warranty?

Second question I'm 800 miles passed my service B requirements will this hurt my car?

 

Should be covered as long as it isn't neglect like bird crap that was left on without wiping it off.....also the service requirements are too show you care for your car during the warranty time period. the manufacturer honors warrantees as long as your willing to care for it.....not to mention it helps resale of your car with records of maintanence.
