I keep getting code 400. The scan tool says it is an EGR Code. Where is the egr valve located? I looked last night but did not see it. Is it under the intake? 1999 E 320

Since they are located in several different places on different engines.

 

Your egr valve is located on the passengers side rear of the
engine. You will need to remove the black engine cover
to see it.

 

Take a look at the below pic.

Like benztech1 said .. pop off the black plastic cover.
