how do I tell which trans I have. it is the 4 speed auto. 1st and reverse are slipping and I need to replace parts in the trans. I have been looking online and caint figure out what I need.

 

I am guessing it is the 722.4, but not for sure. anyway the trans slips in first and reverse, bad.

I started to pull the trans apart today, first two clutch packs look just fine, have not gone in any further. so far only bad part is when I pulled the pump out, the metal ring that attaches to the springs was in about 5 parts and scored.
