I just purchased a 1987 190E 2.3 that runs very smooth and looks great as well. However, I'm not sure the overdrive is working. The shift indicator has positions for 2, 3, and D. When getting underway, you can feel two noticable and precise shifts, but when cruising at 65-70 mph, the tach stays at about 3200. Is this normal for this car?
