Default 190E Suspension/Steering Problems

Hi all,
I get an awful sound coming from my 190E passenger front wheel when I turn. It's like a rubbing low squeal. It originally only did it when I would turn all the way to the right. The last few days it's become much worse, everytime I move the wheel. I flushed the fluid and replaced the filter and took it about a week ago to get the tires rotated/aligned/balanced. They said they couldn't get a good alignment because the lower ball joints and idler arm needed to be replaced for around $800. But at the time, a week ago, they couldn't get it to make the sound. My question is how do I know what to replace? Idler arm bushings, control arm bushings, ball joints, which one of these, or what else, could be the culprit for this kind of noise? I understand that I may need to replace the lower ball joints and idler arm for alignment purposes but could this also the cause of the noise? Thanks in advance.
