190d auto problem

Having a problem with my 722,4 case . Shifts very good in all selectors ecept from 3 to 4 . Before it shift from 3 to 4 i need to have the speed to 90 km/h .
The cable control wire have no basic set marks so i dont no were it shall be set.
Please help me . And hope you understand my writing . I am from Norway and not good in english writing.
