Default '08 E350 just purchased...and noticed...

Just traded in my '00 E320 on an '08 E350 with 28k. Beautiful car, but what I didn't notice while at the dealer were three hopefully minor things:

1) Glove box light inop, no matter if key is in, no matter if engine running.

2) Opening a door doesn't illuminate the dome light. Yes I know that you can override this, I've tried depressing that button on and off 10 times...no light.

3) Passenger side mirror will not retain a position for engaging Reverse.

Question is (before I start screwing around where I don't belong) is it possible that all three of these issues are fuse related in driver side fuse box? If not, what's the worst case scenario? I'm under warranty obviously but don't want to go back if it's something simple. Your experience and advise is most welcome, everyone.

if its bright outside the interior light will not turn on. try it inside or at night.
glove box light needs a bulb or a switch
mirror can be set via the memory seat buttons. should be in your owners manual.

thanks C221, didn't know about the daylight issue, however the mirror will not set. I appreciate the advice. So, if it's true that it in fact isn't working and not my error...any idea?

while the car is running and in park,, adjust the mirror to where you want it to go while parallel parking. then press the seat memory M button and the mirror should go to that position when going into reverse.
it should go back to the original driving position when engaging D after a few seconds

I've tried to no avail. It simply won't take. I've set them before, but this car just won't hold the position. I'll have the dealer check it.
