I just dropped my brand new Ml 350 off at the dealer....the other day my car would not go out of park when I was in a drive through and yes my foot was presses firmly on the brake. Finally it worked after i restarted car...then today i turned my car on and got a warning light saying instrument failure service immediately with a picture of a battery and also said BRAKE in red on my speedometer...the dealer acted dumbfounded any ideas?
