83 300sd questions

hi, totally new to mercedes. i am looking at a 5-speed 83 300 diesel tomorrow, just wondering common problems on these. another big question, what kind of injection pump do they have? thanks

interesting... that is something i will have to take into account with the seller. Aside from that though, what are some common problems to look for
