I've got an 83 diesel mercedes that i love. Excuse if this is not the appropriate forum but the other seemed to have no one participating now.
i want to get my car washed, waxed and cleaned inside. I've seen a range of prices. And I can't afford a high-end job. One guy says he uses carnauba wax. He said any wax should have this in it for adequate protection.
Since I can't afford a high price place. Should I ask what Type of wax they use? One guy said he uses Prestige wax. Should I look for a specific type of wax, or stay away from any particular brands. My car has to be parked outside now. So I'd like it protected as much as possible...but can't afford $100...
