picked up a beautiful sdl with 131000miles..rod through block...car is very clean and will put in engine tomorrow.my question is why.oil full and clean.the bottm of rod is visable in hole and i dont see bolts in holes in rod.i think bolts fell out of rod cap...

 

the owner said she herd tapping and before she can pull over it got real loud then bang.....motor stopped.
