Default 350SDL belt tension spring

The lower bolt/pinion on the belt tension pulley spring sheared on my '91 126 body 350sdl.
There is not enough clearance to get another bolt in there without taking the radiator and fan out, etc. Is there a way to jerryrig this problem so I can drive the car?

My advise is to take the radiator and fan out and do it right, you be better off in the long run.
