Default Part Identification?

Just Spotted this Ford with some weird double exposed small filter assemblies poking out from the hood on the freeway. They were also wired, I'm assuming double turbo set ups w some type of gauge for turbos or air restriction monitoring ? This thing was cruising easily around 85-90mpg, no smoking or lag witnessed while i chased it.

Having trouble uploading the pic- stills so just pause the video

Thanks

Bout the size of a Garmin GPS, Wired in independently on each side, No filter element was visible. Almost looked like snorkels. Car belongs to a local diesel shop called Outlaw Diesel this is the 2nd time I see it.

They are known for doing mainly "MonsterGarage Diesel Conversions" They always parade their 6.0 P.S Supercharged Twin Turbo Diesel Honda Civic on all venues.
