oil pressure

what is a good oil pressure- what bar onthe meter? mine is at 3 almost always, and y old one was generally at 2 bar. I always thought that 2 bar was good- so whats 3 bar? a lil help please

1 BAR is approximately 14.5 psi so 3 bar is 43.5 psi 2 bar is 29 psi and so on our 300cd has always run at 3 then at idle drops to 2.5 when warm.

If you don't have good pressure, your car will probably only go about a million miles.
