Hi I am new to this site and MB. I bought a 240d about 3 months ago and never looked back (what a change from a 74' f-100 short box!). I am hoping to get my friend's 300TD running again before he gets back for Christmas (he is in the navy coming from a 6 month underway.). It's a 78' 300D with a 85' 300TD motor. I need the oil down tube or oil drain tube. Cant find one on the www so thought I would give you guys' a shot. I have linked a photo from Peach Parts. Its the first photo. The old engine set up utilized a trap oxidizer which put the turbo in a different position and thus a different down tube. He cut out the oxidizer and is going with the old design. So I need the oil drain pictured, do any of you know where I can get one?
