The clamping sleeve that attaches the reverse gear rod to gear box has come off of my car. It must have been hit by road debris/rock on the highway. This clamping sleeve (part # 001481-006005) is no longer available from MB network here in the U.S. as an OEM replacement part. Am using a "C" clip as a temporary fix but am unable to affix a washer underneath as there is not enough space to do so without screwing up the slide action of this part.

Does anyone have one of these clamping sleeves from a junker or in inventory?????
