My ml will not start,the starter does not activate and I get a (error SEArE) mesage on the mileags indercater of the instrument cluster,

Has been running well up untill this, I drove it for 4 hour this morning park at home for abour an hour then move it and park it on the side of a hill fairly steep, came back to move it and No go let it run down on the flat still no go ,lock it unlock it a few times check the fuses and battary volt 12.8, dis conected the battary cleen the terminals still won't start or turnover and same mesage.

anyone got any ideas.

for thoes who are interested I left the car overnigth and this morning it started normaly, no mesages at all.
