My Front/Right wheel lug nutspins and won't come off, any suggestion.

Do your rims have locking lugs? There should be a key of some sort that's able to remove it.

These are just plain old lug nuts that come with original 14" rims.

If it isn't stripped I would take it to the shop. I wouldn't know what to do except drill it out

Get a pair of vise grips on that thing and pull hard. You could duct tape the vise grips to apipe for leverage. Just a thought. I hate giving up and going to the shop.
