Default Help with Window Switches in Console to Replace?

Hey guys, well if its not one thing after another. After I bought the car, I have done the following things:
1. Sunroof motor replacement
2. LF Driver window motor replacement
3. Coolant Fan Clutch
4. Front Shocks and Struts.
5. LF replacement of bar behind the wheel ( I know, I know, i cannot remember what it is called)
6. New brake pads
7. New tires.

Well, the window buttons are not working on the center console. the Left front driver and left rear window switch on the center console are not working. I know they are broken.

Can anyone help me? I have ordered new switches and would like to replace them, but I do not know how to remove the wooden console piece without breaking it, and I dont' know how to replace the buttons.

Also, the car now will not turn off when I turn the key. It runs slowly after I turn it off and need to pop the hood each time and manually shut it off.

Help Help Help Please.
