I changed the prefilter on my E300 and now it won't start. I have a sightglass on the return line and all I see is air being returned from the engine. On my old 1984 300D there was a primer button you could push to prime the pump. Is there something similar on the 1999? Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

Never mind. I used a manual vacuum pump to prime the system. Still would be nice to know if there is a manual pump on the car though.
