Default Getting 240D and 300D up and running

Hi,

I am the owner of an 83 300D and 82 240D, but they have always been my dad's cars. He got them pretty inexpensively to fix them up, but never got around to it. Sadly, he passed away in February, and I'm now figuring out what to do with them. I was never half as good with cars as my dad, and I really don't have a use for them. They don't run right now, but aren't far from getting there.

Mainly, I need to have someone in the St. Louis area come take a look at them so I can see everything that needs to be done on them. I want to get them in good shape so someone can really enjoy them bc my dad would've loved that.

Any advice you guys have on this?

Thanks,
Alex

Sorry about you Dad Passing.

In order for someone to give advice they need some specific information and a specific question.

Or as you stated they need to be there with the Car.

Also with Diesels that have sat a long time it is possible for stuff to grow in the Fuel Tank and the Orginisms plug up the Fuel Filters and the Fuel Tank Screen.
