Which gearbox for a 1992 300d?

Which gearbox for a 1992 300d?
Not my car, just helping out a non internet savvy friend.
His 1992 300d auto needs a new gearbox. I see three boxes for a 300D,
722-118, 405 and 415, and I have no idea which of those three, if any, I should be looking for....
