Default Fuel smell in cabin

I have a 85 300sd that with the last fillup, the smell of fuel in the cabin is so overwhelming that I have to roll down the windows to keep from passing out. This has happened in the past but not in the past few months. Is this bad fuel or could I have a leak somewhere? Any suggestions on where to start is appreciated.

On a side note, anyone have a good way to clean up old stains in concrete?

Thanks,
Scott
