Default 87 300SDL Adventure continues

Well, I found a ALDA that held vacuum and was functioning properly, put it on on to my surprise nothing. I am completely confused at what the problem is but I have now pressure and vacuum tested everything, wastegate, EGR, vacuum lines with the car running, bypassed everything, cleaned everything, you name it I have done it, but the performance of the car is getting worse. There is an unbelievable amount of black smoke that comes out of the exhaust when I rev the engine, 3000+, which I would tend to believe too much fuel, the car will not climb a hill now, and under force it will not climb above 1500RPM, No oil is leaking from the turbo.

It may help to know that this car has sat for about a year and a half and it was not started very often, I also see where it has an aftermarket muffler system on it, Is it possible that something is restricting the airflow and not allowing the car to run properly, Could it be the IP, Can you test the IP?, I have checked the fuel line and I don't believe the car is sucking air, The car will go to 4000+ RPM in neutral but only 1500RPM in drive, What the !@#!. I refuse to let this car beat me because it is in great shape and I know I am overlooking something simple. Any and all ideas are being accepted at this time, THanks for your help.
